FAST Program

Fitness and  Speed Training for Athletes (FAST)

Our FAST class is a great addition for every athlete to our Sports Performance Training (SPT). While our SPT Program does include speed and agility training the FAST class takes it to another level. Combining speed and agility training with skill training, this will improve each athlete’s speed, agility, quickness, footwork and body control relative to his or her sport.

 

Private (one-on-one) and Team Training available.
