Functional Hybrid Training for 18+
FHT is a co-ed, rugged, high intensity, group training class. FHT incorporates elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics and calisthenics. This is a class for adults who are looking to get a great total body workout and reach their goals, no matter how big or how small they may be. All fitness levels are welcome, from experienced former athletes to those who may need modifications for injuries.
