You don’t have to be an athlete to train with us, but we will train you like you are! Many adults still have goals of improving strength, agility and flexibility. Then, priorities shift to overall fitness and general health. Our Functional Hybrid Training (FHT) Program provides adults (18+) athletic-based group training with accountability and direction in a positive high-energy environment. FHT incorporates elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics and calisthenics. We are here to help you reach your fitness goal – no matter how big or small they may be. Benefits of the Functional Hybrid Training at OTA also include injury prevention and improved posture as well as overall strength and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome, from experienced former athletes to those who may need modifications for injuries.
